Marsy’s Law for Wisconsin, in partnership with the Wisconsin Broadcasters Association and the Wisconsin Newspaper Association, is organizing a webinar dedicated to ethical media coverage of crime victims.

Additionally, the session will link these best practices to Wisconsin’s Marsy’s Law constitutional amendment, which safeguards victims’ rights such as privacy, notice, and participation in the criminal justice process.
