On October 29, the Martin Scorsese Virtual Production Center hosted Martin Scorsese and his daughter, Francesca Scorsese, for a special collaboration event with Lavazza. The gathering marked the launch of a new café within the Center, located at Industry City, and celebrated the Italian coffee brand’s partnership with the NYU Tisch community.
Alumni, current students, and invited guests joined the celebration, which highlighted Lavazza’s contribution to creating a welcoming space for creativity and collaboration. Tisch Dean’s Council member Martin Scorsese ’64, ’68, Hon. ’92 attended alongside Francesca Scorsese ’23 (BFA, Kanbar Institute, Film & TV).
