Lopera, known as Lord Giselle on Instagram, filed a paternity suit against Diggs, 31, in Los Angeles in December 2024, seeking legal and physical custody of the baby born in April. She named her daughter Charliee Harper Diggs-Lopera.
Her lawyer, Tamar Arminak, stated on November 6, 2025:
