The ashes of a deceased child were reported stolen from a storage unit at CubeSmart Self Storage, located at 6801 Engle Road. The storage unit's lock had been cut. Along with the ashes, thieves took two coats, a nail gun, several toys, and a suitcase containing clothes and prescription medication.

On October 23 around 9:30 p.m., police responded to a report of two males fighting inside Crunch Fitness at 6849 Pearl Road. Prior to the police arrival, gym staff asked the suspects to leave, but they refused. One suspect threatened an employee. Police detained at least one suspect and later turned him over to his mother. The case was referred to a prosecutor for potential charges.

Arrest for Outstanding Warrant

At approximately 10:30 p.m. on October 23, a 41-year-old Cleveland man with an outstanding warrant was arrested at the Red Roof Inn, 17555 Bagley Road.
