The fair returns with its largest edition yet, pairing Japanese and international galleries, staging exhibitions across the city and launching a new fellowship with Bangkok Kunsthalle.
Art Collaboration Kyoto (ACK) will take place in the Kyoto International Conference Center from 14 to 16 November, with a preview on 13 November, featuring 72 galleries from 19 countries and regions.
“From the start, the vision was clear: a culture-forward contemporary art fair in Kyoto with collaboration at its core,”
says Yukako Yamashita, the fair’s director since 2022. The fair has distinguished itself by pairing Japanese galleries with overseas counterparts in shared booths and embedding a network of exhibitions across the city.
