However, one notable difference is the lack of a 311 Customer Service Management system, a dedicated municipal telephone number used in other Ontario cities to route non-emergency calls for municipal services.
CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management, a technology system that helps businesses manage and analyze all interactions with their current and potential customers.
