Basalt Sells Isle of Man Telecom Provider to CVC DIF and Jersey Telecom
CVC DIF has teamed up with Jersey Telecom to acquire Manx Telecom from Basalt Infrastructure Partners.
Infrastructure fund manager CVC DIF is investing through the DIF Infrastructure VIII fund.
- Manx Telecom provides broadband, fixed line, mobile and secure data services.

Founded in 1987, Manx Telecom is headquartered in the Isle of Man.
