Gwynedd Mercy University's new crime scene house is part of a growing trend in experiential learning, providing students with necessary skills to enter the field.
Located near Philadelphia, the house appears ordinary, with a fully stocked kitchen, furnished bedrooms, and working bathrooms. However, for criminal justice students, it's a unique learning environment.
Before entering, students must wear protective boots and gloves. Professors monitor their progress through a camera feed in the basement as they work to solve crimes using clues scattered throughout the house.
The house is far from ordinary for Gwynedd Mercy's criminal justice students.
