New 600-MW Texas Solar Project to Power Meta Data Centers
ENGIE North America has announced a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Meta for the new 600-MW Swenson Ranch Solar project in Stonewall county, Texas.
The project, expected to be operational in 2027, will be the largest asset in ENGIE's portfolio, supporting Meta's data center operations in the US.
"We are excited to continue the expansion of our relationship with Meta," said Dave Carroll, CEO and Chief Renewables Officer for ENGIE North America.
