Unpredictable Plot Twist in "It: Welcome to Derry"
The prequel series "It: Welcome to Derry" has delivered the biggest plot twist of the year, subverting viewer expectations.
The show initially focuses on a group of kids, similar to The Losers Club, as they search for Matty. However, in a shocking turn of events, half of the group is killed by a flying demon-monster baby in a movie theater.
The kids watch a scene from "The Music Man" featuring the song "Ya Got Trouble," where they see Matty trapped in the film.
Before the carnage, Matty gives a Pennywise-like smile and unleashes the flying demon-monster baby, killing Teddy, Phil, and Phil's little sister Susie.
