Plot Twist in "It: Welcome to Derry"
"It: Welcome to Derry" executed a surprising plot twist, defying expectations for the prequel series.
The show initially focuses on a group of kids, similar to The Losers Club, as they search for Matty. However, in a shocking turn of events, half of the group is killed by a flying demon-monster baby in a movie theater.

The victims include Teddy, Phil, and Phil's little sister Susie, who was not supposed to be there. Before the carnage, the kids watch a scene from "The Music Man" featuring the song "Ya Got Trouble," where they see Matty trapped in the film.
