Schenectady Police are investigating an incident involving a dead cat found in a carrier in the woods of Central Park.
A woman, Ann Scully, discovered the cat carrier while walking on a hiking trail on Sunday afternoon. She found a dead cat inside and described the experience as "horribly disturbing."
