2025 IKA Youth World Championships
The Formula Kite Youth World Championships began in the Azores, Portugal, with 47 riders from 19 countries participating.
Competitors faced strong winds and giant Atlantic swells, making adaptability crucial for success. Wind speeds ranged from 15 to 23 knots, proving a challenge for many riders.
"The winner will be the rider who can best adapt to the changing extreme conditions here in the Azores,"
said French rider Solan Autric, highlighting the importance of adaptability in the competition.
