Return of British Quiz Shows on Seven
Seven has confirmed the return of its British quiz shows, Blankety Blank and Bridge of Lies, in 2026.
According to Programming Chief Brook Hall, the shows will continue to air at 1pm and 2pm, respectively.
I think one thing that gets lost there is most networks are pulling back and running less and less original content there. We actually went ‘Daytime television is still a huge audience potential’, and we added new shows at 1 and 2pm, new to the market.
Hall expressed surprise at the attention the shows have received, but noted that they are the biggest shows in their timeslots.
- Blankety Blank will return at 1pm
- Bridge of Lies will return at 2pm
