Ariana Grande Misses "Wicked" Brazil Premiere
Ariana Grande is "heartbroken" to miss the São Paulo, Brazil, premiere of "Wicked: For Good" due to travel troubles.
Grande said on Instagram that she was forced to skip the film's debut because of a safety issue that caused her plane to deplane, and she couldn't take off until the next day.
"I am so heartbroken that I'm unable to be there with you all," Grande wrote. "We sincerely tried everything we could and I apologize from the bottom of my heart."
The singer and actor was set to attend the premiere as the star of the film, playing "Glinda the Good" alongside co-star Cynthia Arivo as "The Wicked Witch of the West".
