Cadillac Fairview has officially unveiled its first residential rental venture in Calgary, located just across from the CF Chinook Centre. The project marks an important step in the company’s ongoing exploration of residential developments on its major shopping centre lands.
The development includes 490 rental units distributed across two towers of 20 and 19 storeys. The towers are linked by a multi-level podium that features additional residential units and a collection of modern amenities such as co-working areas, lounges, and wellness spaces.
Planned as a transit-oriented community, the project is strategically positioned just a block from the CF Chinook Centre and next to the Chinook LRT station, highlighting Cadillac Fairview’s focus on integrated and sustainable urban design.
“This groundbreaking residential development in Calgary is a testament to Cadillac Fairview’s vision for creating vibrant, connected communities,” said Sal Iacono, President & CEO of Cadillac Fairview. “Residential development is not new to CF and we are proud to bring essential housing to this important community as we continue to shape the future of urban living across Canada.”
Cadillac Fairview’s first Calgary rental project combines modern design, transit connectivity, and community-oriented planning, reinforcing its broader vision for lively, sustainable urban spaces in Canada.
