Officers arrived quickly and detained a man matching his description at 11:30 am. After confirming his identity, he was arrested for being unlawfully at large.

He was additionally arrested on suspicion of assaulting an emergency worker in an unrelated case and has since been taken into police custody. The Prison Service has been notified of the incident.
