Bryan Man Sentenced to 25 Years for Burglary and Sexual Assault

A 32-year-old Bryan resident, Keandre Perry, pleaded guilty to burglary of a habitation involving sexual assault. He received a 25-year prison sentence and must register as a sex offender for life.

According to a release from the Brazos County District Attorney’s Office, the case dates back to September 2021, when College Station police responded to a hospital report of sexual assault. The victim, a teenage girl, described the suspect to officers, who later found Perry at an abandoned apartment where the crime had occurred.

During the plea proceedings, Perry also admitted guilt to several other felonies, including assault related to domestic violence, theft, and drug possession. Records indicate it was his 23rd arrest within the past decade.

“Keandre Perry was sentenced to 25 years in prison and will be required to register as a sex offender for life,” stated the Brazos County District Attorney’s Office.
