Mercy Southeast welcomes local nurse practitioner Sydney VanGennip and physician assistant Addison Caraway to its general surgery clinic in Cape Girardeau.
- Sydney VanGennip, a Leopold native, brings 11 years of healthcare experience as a certified medication aide and registered nurse.
- Addison Caraway, a Jackson native, joins as a physician assistant.
VanGennip earned her associate degree in nursing from Mercy's Southeast Missouri Hospital College of Nursing and Health Sciences, and later earned bachelor's and master's degrees in nursing from Chamberlain University.
