Sarnia Sting Shut Out by London Knights

The Sarnia Sting suffered a 3-0 loss to the London Knights in front of 4,246 fans at Progressive Auto Sales Arena.

“You don’t win a lot of hockey games in the Western Conference in the OHL if you don’t outwork the team you’re playing against,”
said Sting head coach Alan Letang.

Sebastian Gatto made 21 saves for his first OHL shutout, extending the Knights' point streak to nine games (7-0-2-0).

“Everyone was eating the pill tonight. It just goes to show how bad this team wants to win. It’s great to see.”

The London Knights are on a roll, with only the Brantford Bulldogs having a longer point streak in the OHL, at 12 games.
